All payments are to be made payable to "Maxwell Chambers Pte Ltd - SIAF" in Singapore Dollars and are nett of bank charges. Bank charges are to be borne by participants.

CANCELLATION & SUBTITUTION

If you are unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge, Please inform the Secretariat of the substitue participant's particulars in writing. A full refund less 10% administrative charge will be returned for cancellation received in writing by 31 March 2013. Regrettably, no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 31 March 2011. You will, however, receive a full set of the Forum proceedings.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. In the event that the Forum is cancelled by the Organiser, the registration fee (less back charges) will be refunded. Registration is confirmed only when submitted with payment.
